On the Fundraising section of our website, you will find easy ways to reach your fundraising goal of at least $100. Canning and letter writing are particularly effective methods of fundraising, but don’t be afraid to get creative with your fundraising efforts, check out some more ideas HERE, in our Dancer Fundraising Guide!
Team/Individual Fundraiser Ideas:
Here are some ideas for individual or team fundraising! Your Team Captain will also be able to provide fundraising ideas.
Bake Sales– Who doesn’t love baked goods?! Contact email@example.com for help booking a table. Please note: all goods that are sold on campus can’t be homemade.
Change Drive– Ask your friends for loose change; chances are they have some lying around. If you want to make a competition out of it, compete with your teammates to see who can collect the most change.
Dorm Delivery– Offer to deliver food from a popular restaurant and charge people for delivery and tip! You can now order food for pickup from Ibby’s, which is both convenient and popular!
Match Me– Be sure to remind family and friends to ask their employers about matching donations they make to you. Matching gifts are a great way to reach your fundraising goal faster! If you have questions about matching gifts, please contact Cassie Bergman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Psychology and MISSEL Experiments– Participate in psychology or MISSEL lab experiments for cash to donate to your fundraising goal! Go to https://experimetrix2.com/WU/ or www.missel.wustl.edu to register and learn more about how to get involved.
